This policy explains when payments for Lian Park Hotel bookings can be refunded and how.
Rate types
- Refundable: a paid booking can be cancelled from “My bookings” up to the deadline shown when booking, before arrival, and the hotel reviews the refund. After the deadline, please contact us.
- Non-refundable: a discounted rate that is not refunded after payment in case of cancellation, no-show or a shortened stay. It is clearly marked on the room, at checkout and in the booking confirmation.
Unpaid bookings
A booking that has not been paid can be cancelled at any time at no charge.
How refunds are made
- Approved refunds go back to the same payment method used for the booking.
- Refunds include the VAT and tourism fee paid with the amount.
- How long it takes to appear in your account depends on your card's bank.
Payment links and extra services
Amounts paid through payment links for extra services (such as the restaurant or halls) follow the terms shown in the link; contact us with any question about them.
